Coworking Space

Whether it’s homework, a flexible schedule or your own business – you’ll get a lot done at Lucille’s own coworking space – a first for the area. First-time residents receive a free membership to access common workstations, booth/lounge seating, conference rooms and phones rooms. Need more space? Dedicated desks on the ground level and mezzanine are available for rent to residents and the general public. Ample natural light, frontage along Roosevelt Way and the adjacent coffee shop are sure to fuel productivity.

Armistice Coffee Roaster

This local coffee roaster brings the casual, Northwest vibe to the lobby of your apartment building. Retractable walls maximize warm weather to enjoy espresso by day and adult beverages at night. Grab a seat inside, on the deck, or in the adjacent lobby space with gas fireplace.

Roof Deck

Climb onto a comfortable outdoor sofa with a good book or gather ‘round the firepit with friends. Toss something on the grill and host your own happy hour. Or simply enjoy the views of the Olympic and Cascade Mountains, Green Lake, the Seattle skyline and Mt. Rainier in the distance.

Indoor / Outdoor Lobby with Gas Fireplace

To encourage walkability and connectivity, we punched an expansive indoor/indoor walkway through the lobby, stretching from 68^th to Roosevelt. The lobby brings the outside in and expedites access to coworking space and café. Waiting for an Uber or Lyft? Grab a seat by the gas fireplace.
